Monde Solomon is a Life Coach, Community Wellness Leader, and the Founder of Authentic Conversations & Consulting LLC, a non-clinical personal development and life coaching practice dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities through meaningful dialogue, emotional growth, and purposeful action.
Monde's work in the human development and community wellness field spans over two decades, beginning in 2003 in South Africa. He started his career as a trained Lay Counsellor and Psychosocial Support Trainer & Facilitator, working with teachers, students, and local community leaders in the Eastern Cape Province and later in Cape Town. In 2004, he worked with the nonprofit Hope Worldwide as a Community Liaison and Psychosocial Support Trainer, serving orphaned and vulnerable children, parents, and educators in the Khayelitsha township. During this time, he founded The Kids Club, a psychosocial support community program, and was part of a multidisciplinary home-visit health team providing in-home medical care and counseling to families impacted by HIV/AIDS.
Between 2005 and 2009, Monde founded Sisakhanya Multi-Purpose Corp, focusing on social health, wellbeing, and life skills education for teachers, high school students, and college students. His commitment to professional growth led him to pursue formal training in Social Work, earning his Bachelor of Social Work with Honors from the University of Fort Hare in 2014, with majors in Sociology and Psychology. During his studies, he was selected as an exchange student to Minnesota State University, Mankato, broadening his international perspective on human services.
Following graduation, Monde worked with the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) as part of a specialized team responsible for restoring and safeguarding social security grants for foster care children nationwide. In 2018, he returned to Minnesota State University, Mankato, completing an Advanced Standing Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2021.
After gaining psychotherapy and life coaching experience in Billings, Montana, Monde founded Authentic Conversations & Consulting LLC. While his professional background includes clinical social work and psychotherapy, his current practice is non-clinical, offering life coaching and personal development guidance informed by therapeutic insight — without diagnosing, treating, or providing therapy.
Today, Monde delivers individual coaching, group programs, and insightful non-clinical psychosocial presentations for schools, nonprofits, and community organizations. His work supports emotional intelligence, communication, resilience, leadership, and life transitions — helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
